SwiftReceipt is a professional receipt management application that provides:

- Receipt template customization
- Thermal printer support
- Business analytics and reporting
- Data export capabilities (PDF/CSV)
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
- You must create an account to use the App
- You can sign up using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email/password
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
3.2 Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- You may not share your account credentials with others
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Free Tier
The App offers a free tier with limited functionality:
- Maximum 25 products
- Maximum 300 receipts per month
- Basic receipt templates
- Standard support
4.2 Premium Subscription
Premium features require a monthly subscription:
- Unlimited products and receipts
- Advanced analytics
- Custom receipt templates
- Barcode template editor
- Priority support
4.3 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple's App Store
- Prices may vary by region and currency
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use the App for:
- Legitimate business transactions
- Personal business management
- Receipt generation and storage
- Inventory management
5.2 Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the App for illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We are not responsible for data loss due to:

- Force majeure events
8.3 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding any claim.
